Saturday is an event at my favorite dog park. It's a great
way to celebrate Fall. It's Dogtoberfest!
The event takes place this Saturday
at Ross Dog Park near Hazel Dell in Vancouver! They’ll have food, great raffle
prizes, a police K9 demonstration, entertainment, and best of all – all
proceeds support the off-leash dog parks you and your pooch love!
Bring a pet food donation for AniMeals (those who
donate will get a free Frisbee while supplies last!), and bring your pup in
costume for the fashion/talent/Q&A contest ($5 participation fee). The
weather even looks like it may cooperate! Entrance on 15th Ave, between Ross
St. and 49th. Come out and support your local dog parks!

Don't try to get in to the lower part of Ross before the
event because it will be closed so they can get ready. I can't make it due to a
scheduling conflict but I hope all my Vancouver doggie friends will go anyway!
