Cinnamon Makes a Promise to Right Her Wrongs

It has come to my attention that I might be perceived as a self-centered diva type of hound. One with her nose in the air and a bit too good to play with most dogs at the dog park. I've been told I have an air of entitlement about me and that I care about myself more than others.

Cinnamon the Diva
I've been in therapy and have decided to right my wrongs. From now on, I'm going to be a caring, dear dog. I'll have no complaints. I'll love everyone. And, I'll play with any dog in the dog park who comes up to me.

I'll volunteer to work at charity events. I'll go to church every Sunday.

I'll take care of my owner and will never bother her to let me outside more than twice a day.

I'll never beg for treats or visibly wait for my dinner to be served. Instead, I'll take food to the local dog shelter. I don't need much. Just half rations will do.

I'll never seek attention at the Farmer's Market. We're going there to support the local farmers.

I won't bark at the squirrels. Instead I will leave nuts out for them.

I will love kitties as my neighbors and "do unto others as I would have the kitties do unto me." Nice kitties!

I'll never jump up, be annoying, and run around like crazy when the humans friends come over for dinner. I now realize they aren't there to visit or play with me. I'll just quietly retire to my room and read the Bible or something when they are visiting.

I, Cinnamon, care about others more than I care about myself. I, Cinnamon, am a changed dog.

There, I feel better getting that off my chest!

Oh, by the way, APRIL FOOL!!!!!

I'm still me, Cinnamon. :)

  1. I knew It had to be an April Fools joke, Cinnamon. But I don't think you are self centered, so not to worry.

  2. BOL, I knew it were an April Fool's joke!
